Moving to Amsterdam with multiple new residents at the same time can be quite a challenge! That is why +Inhuismeester have been called in to help you during your move to Berghaus. +Inhuismeester will oversee the big move onsite to ensure it runs smoothly. On the one hand by being present on location, on the other hand through this online moving planner, where you can reserve a timeslot. We kindly ask you to keep the following points in mind to ensure a smooth experience for everyone:
Make sure your timeslot is scheduled after you’ve received your keys. You cannot reserve a timeslot before the key handover.
Only one timeslot per apartment can be booked.
A timeslot lasts a maximum of 3 hours.
For smaller deliveries like a washing machine, couch, or a few boxes, you don’t need a timeslot. Timeslots are only required for continuous use of the elevator and loading/unloading zones by moving crews.
The elevator dimensions are 1,100 x 2,100 x 2,350 mm (W x D x H), including the lift protection.
You can use a roll container or other moving materials on-site to make your move easier. Please return the container to the +Inhuismeesters after your move.
Timeslots are available from March 10 to April 2, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you can’t move during this period, that’s no problem! After April 2, you can move at your convenience, but the +Inhuismeesters and moving materials will no longer be on-site.
The loading and unloading zones are located directly across from the main entrance, extending along Schipluidenlaan. Parking in these zones is not allowed.
Public parking garages are available in the surrounding area. As a welcome gift, the property owner is offering new tenants 5 days of free parking in the underground garage. After this period, access will automatically expire. Please note the following rules and conditions:
	Rules:
		Use your new address only when booking the reservation. If you use your old address, the reservation will not be made.
Only 1 passenger car, no higher then 2.1 meters is allowed in the garage per address.
No moving via the garage, loading and unloading must take place in the designated loading zones.
Book your timeslot by March 6, 11:59 PM. Only reservations made before this date are eligible for the free parking offer.
Parking is at your own risk, any potential damage cannot be claimed from the property owner.
Damage caused by you or your car will be charged to you.
If any of these conditions are not met, the parking reservation will be canceled, and license plate access will no longer be possible.

		
How it works:
		In the comments section of your reservation, mention that you’d like to use the garage.
Include your license plate number in the comments.
Your free parking will automatically begin on the day of your timeslot. You will have 5 days of access from that date.

		

	
Waste containers are located across from the main entrance.
When making your reservation, provide your new address at Berghaus and contact details so we can reach you if needed.

If you’ve booked a timeslot but can no longer use it, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your reservation. This way, we can make sure every resident has the best possible moving experience.
